And let us not be weary in well-doing: for in due season we shall reap if we faint not. Gal 6:9

LOVERS OF THE TRUTH

present_soulutionWhat does it mean? John chapter 8 is a conversation with Jesus and the religious men. They were sure of their position, as according to the Law of the pharisees, and they thought, the law of Moses, given by God. Though in the world of spirit and adoption, they were completely wrong. Christ came to destroy the works of darkness and to fulfill the law of God and the prophets. That is not done yet. The sacrifice on the cross for sin was. Your honest confession, in truth still remain to be done. When he gave us a new commandment, he did not remove the ones of the past. He just tried to simplify it for us since so many still could not get the basics. The basic ten were still in effect.

Why is it hard to understand? The spirit of the law, requires you do it. walk in it. To know it. God gives understanding and direction when you walk, not when you stand still, and have not done the first orders. He says to walk in the old paths. When Israel did, and did his instruction they flourished. When they forgot, they slowly were made poor, and enslaved, and lost it all except a way back to God.

The so called church is full of divorce, hidden paganism, and idolatry (adoration for the wrong things) ( were is the power). Know difference than a lost Israel, who forgot his instruction and to do it. Christ called the men in John 8 son’s of the Devil. They said they were the son’s of Abraham. He said yes by blood, but you are still of your father the devil. How can they be so wrong? They did not Love the truth. The Spirit of truth was not leading them. They would not give up there position, job, stature, comfort, family, friends, they loved there lives and would not die. To die was to be in the most uncomfortable place. Trusting God, living by faith. Are you Israel, do you honor Sabbath, are you sanctified?

To be a believer you must die, so you can live. So when you cry out to God he says Here I am! How often do your prays get answered, and you know it? Selah.
